REGISTRATION
The registration fee covers the cost of handout materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. Payment must be enclosed to guarantee registration. The early registration deadline is Sunday, August 5, 2007. Registration is limited to 25 participants.

Goat AI School fees are payable by check or money order to the University of Illinois or by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and are due at the time of registration. Early registration is recommended.

LOCATION
The program will be held on the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine campus, which is located at 2001 S. Lincoln Ave., Urbana, Ill. For maps and directions, visit

Seminar check-in, continental breakfast, and lunch will be held in the lobby area immediately outside of room 100 of the Large Animal Clinic.; all lectures will be held in room 100. The laboratory will be held in Ward 1 of the Large Animal Clinic.

CHECK-IN
Clinic materials will be available on the day of the program just inside the entrance located off of the courtyard area between the Large and Small Animal Clinics beginning at 9:00 a.m.

PARKING
Attendees may park in lot F27 and follow the signs to the check-in. The entrance to this parking lot is off of Lincoln Ave. This lot will provide ample space for multiple vehicles and trailers. Animals should be unloaded prior to parking. See Laboratories section for information about unloading animals.

LABORATORIES
The hands-on laboratory will provide registrants with the opportunity to practice the techniques discussed in the lecture. To participate in the laboratory, registrants should make arrangements for an animal from their own farm to be present. Each registrant participating in the laboratory is expected to practice the discussed techniques on their own animal.

Animals may be unloaded at Ward 1 of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital’s Large Animal Clinic prior to the beginning of the program. Individuals will be on hand to provide direction to stalls. Unloading may begin at 9:00 a.m.

MESSAGES
In an emergency, messages can be left for course participants at 217 333 2907 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. As a courtesy to other attendees, we request that all cell phone ringers be muted for the duration of the clinic.

TRANSPORTATION
The University of Illinois is located near Interstates 57, 72, and 74. The community is also accessible by train via Amtrak and airplane through Willard Airport (CMI) at Savoy. For maps and directions, visit www.cvm.uiuc.edu/ope/

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds, less a $10 cancellation fee, will be given if written notification is received by Sunday, August 5, 2007. Registrations are transferable. After August 5, refunds will not be made. We reserve the right to cancel programs and to change speakers if necessary. In the event of the program’s cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund. The University is not responsible for travel expenses in the event of a cancellation.
