The registration fee covers the cost of handout materials, breaks, lunches, and one dinner. Payment must be enclosed in order to guarantee registration. Workshop fees are payable by check or money order to the University of Illinois or by VISA or MasterCard and are due at the time of registration. Early registration is recommended. Location & Lodging The conference sessions will be held in the Hawthorn Suites Conference Center, located 10 minutes from Willard Airport. Make your reservations before the May 12, 2004, cut-off date to ensure the conference rate of $65/night.
Cancellation Policy Full refunds will be given if written notification is received by May 12, 2004. Registrations are transferable. After May 12, refunds will be made less a cancellation charge of $50. We reserve the right to cancel programs and to change speakers, if necessary. In the event of workshop cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund. Travel Agent Tickets purchased through H&M Encore will receive a 10% discount on American Airlines or Northwest Airlines, if purchased with a 30 day advance booking.
